Marketing Campaign

I was commissioned to evaluate the hotel’s existing gift voucher platform. Offering limited flexibility and poor usability, I recommended an alternative, managing the transition to the new solution ahead of Black Friday.

I created and implemented Black Friday campaigns for the hotel, designing a series of gift experiences that offered profitable discounts, at a time where the business had capacity.

As part of a 4-week multichannel campaign, I achieved sales in excess of £32,000, of which over 20% were never redeemed, so went straight to the bottom line.

This was part of a schedule of work completed for the Heritage Rocks Collection. In addition to Seckford Hall, the collection includes two exclusive venues - Manor By The Lake in Cheltenham and Woodhall Manor in Suffolk.
