I brought the brand to life, creating a very unique tongue-in-cheek tone of voice and in-room smile-makers to turn guests into fans. The resulting identity stands out, for all the right reasons.
I developed bold, multichannel campaigns to help with all manner of things in the run-up to opening, from promoting and facilitating recruitment days, to managing the entire social media presence. From the first month the hotel opened, the occupancy figures were impressive:
